    Paula Hudak

    Certified Yoga Instructor

    Paula is a 200 hr RYT certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of personal practice. Originally from Coldwater, Paula found homes in Argentina, Austin, the beaches of North Carolina and most recently Cincinnati before recently returning to Mercer county. Throughout all of the changes in Paula’s life yoga has been a constant source of calm, joy, and community. She knows first hand how yoga has the potential to generate positive change in people’s lives. Her teaching philosophy is that yoga should be accessible to all bodies and she intentionally teaches each class with the goal to support all students and encourage them to explore their own breath and movement through each flow. She is excited to share her love of yoga with the Aura Align community.

    Ally fell in love with mindful, challenging movement & is excited to bring that passion to her classes. As a Mercer county newcomer, Pilates, workouts, and yoga practices helped Celina feel like home and she carries that sense of community with her classes. Her classes center around one of her favorite quotes: “I have never arrived. I am always becoming.” Meeting yourself where you are & pushing your edge each day.

    Maureen is a mother of three boys and a Pilates instructor who discovered Pilates during a season of rebuilding and reconnecting with herself. After three pregnancies in three years, she was searching for a way to feel strong, confident, and at home in her body again. What began as a workout quickly became a passion. Through Pilates, Maureen found a deeper appreciation for movement, strength, and the connection between body and mind. She loves that Pilates challenges and supports people at the same time, helping them move with greater awareness, confidence, and intention. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling empowered both on and off the mat.
